Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Names We Keep online store and any purchase made through it. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns and Refunds Policy.

1. About Names We Keep

Names We Keep offers made-to-order personalized jewelry. Our legal identity and required registration and contact information are provided in our Legal Notice and Contact Information policies. Questions can be sent to alboroinfo@gmail.com.

2. Store eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your place of residence, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, interfere with its security, or attempt to collect information about other users.

3. Personalized products

Each item is produced from the finish, number of names, spelling, and other personalization submitted with the order. You are responsible for reviewing every detail before selecting Save and adding the item to your cart. Product images show representative examples; small differences in positioning, scale, and appearance may occur because each piece is individually prepared and because screens display colors differently.

4. Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable shipping charges, discounts, and taxes collected by us are shown before payment. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation and payment is authorized. We may reject or cancel an order when payment cannot be verified, personalization is incomplete or unlawful, the product is unavailable, or an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred. If we cancel an order after payment, the amount charged will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Changes and cancellations

Email alboroinfo@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing an order if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will try to help, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after production begins. The rules for personalized goods and faulty or incorrect items are explained in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

6. Production, fulfillment, and delivery

Personalized production normally takes 1–2 weeks before shipping begins. We use third-party production and fulfillment partners, and an order may be produced or shipped from a country different from your own. Delivery estimates begin after production and are not guaranteed carrier delivery dates. Full details are provided in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, refunds, and statutory rights

Because personalized items are made to the customer's specifications, change-of-mind returns may be restricted where permitted by law. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded, including remedies for damaged, defective, or materially incorrect goods. Eligibility, evidence requirements, and refund timing are described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The store design, branding, copy, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to Names We Keep and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or exploited without permission, except as permitted by law. You retain responsibility for any names, words, or other content you submit for personalization and confirm that your submission does not infringe another person's rights.

9. Third-party services and Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and process transactions. Purchases are made from Names We Keep, not from Shopify. Payment providers, carriers, and fulfillment partners may apply their own terms and privacy practices where relevant to their services.

10. Service availability and liability

We do not promise that the store will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the store. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Information necessary to process an order may be shared with Shopify, payment providers, production partners, and delivery providers.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protection provided by the law of their country of residence. Any dispute will be handled by the courts or consumer-resolution bodies that have jurisdiction under applicable law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, suppliers, or legal obligations change. The version published when an order is placed applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
